My insurance is making me lose weight before the surgery (I m 355 lbs, and haven’t been able to get it off healthily for years now )which I think is so ridiculous cause you are made to lose weight in order to get a surgery for people who have been unsuccessful at losing weight.

I know what you mean about not knowing how that number just creeped up to be that high. Two years ago was my highest point at 284. I never saw myself as that big in the mirror… and today I just looked back at some old video… it was really embarassing where I used to be.

The bypass is SOOO worth it. I’m excited for you
