Please get to a doctor IMMEDIATELY. Blood coming out of either end of your GI system, whether it’s in your mouth or in your feces, is symptomatic of GI bleeding. In the urine, it can mean trauma to the kidney or conditions in which the kidney’s components are seriously compromised (nephritic syndrome or certain kidney infections) or a kidney or bladder stone–but those last would cause pain, which you don’t mention.
Hypothyroidism should have nothing to do with bleeding. Please get medical attention at once.
I just had an ulcerated ansophagas and was spitting up blood and it was showing in the stool too.

Spitting blood and blood in urine are NOT signs of hypothyroidism…or caused buy meds for it. You need to see a Dr. ASAP !!!!!!!
