I get up, go to work, yawn all day so tired but I do my job. When I get home on days I work it is 100 times worse naturally. This is where it affects my relationship, I don’t have the energy to do anything, yard work, even DISHES. At the end of a full work week I am so tired I don’t even have energy to sit around with friends. If I do I yawn the entire time and they look at me as if to say "Oh we’re that boring?"

I also have a very hard time losing weight, I could eat rite and exercise 3 days a week and after 4 months not lose a single pound. Thats 3 days a week AND I have a very physical job. I’m sick of doctors in my town telling me nothing is wrong with me, asking me if I am depressed, or telling me I must not be sleeping well at night.

I am not depressed, I have been depressed I know how it feels and this is not depression. I sleep well at night, I hardly ever wake up. Anyway I’ve rambled enough any thoughts?

Hey there! Sounds rough! Two things.. first i think th only way to know for sure is blood tests to see if yur thyroid is working right… and the second thing… Do you know if you snore at night? If you do you may have sleep apnea, wich can cause you to wake up at night because our breathing is interupted, but you wouldnt ever know it. Again testing would nee to be done for that too. Just a few ideas, my hasband has both! and for a long time until he was tested and put on the right medication and using a CPAP machine he was ALWAYS tired, it drove me insane!
